Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s mission by coordinating essential human resources functions, including maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and organizational policies.
Requirements
Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Facilitate onboarding for new hires
Assist with recruiting activities
Support the evaluation of candidates’ skills and experience
Organize and maintain compliance documentation
Conduct regular audits of HR documentation
Coordinate temporary staffing needs
Respond promptly to human resources inquiries
Process personnel actions accurately
Perform employment verification and background checks
Generate reports and analyze HR data
Represent the organization at job fairs
Assist with special projects and other HR-related duties
