Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to work on a project-based contract basis, reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and HR compliance guidance.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in an HR or staffing function
Background in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning & development, or HR operations
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks
Clear written communication and attention to detail
