We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team, responsible for full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a consultative mindset, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for business operations roles
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely requisition activity within the HRIS
  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience
  • Conduct phone screens, informational interviews, and in-person interviews
  • Assist with coordination of employee engagement and belonging initiatives
