Role OverviewWe are seeking a specialist who is comfortable communicating with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives. The role will provide frontline, day-to-day support in administering human resources policies and programs.
What You Will Do
Respond to HR Support Services (HRSS) inquiries, process and audit employee information, demonstrate understanding of federal and state regulations surrounding protected leaves, and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least two years of previous HR experience in a corporate environment are required. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow procedures and pay careful attention to detail in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Strong systems skills and a capacity to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with Workday HCM preferred
