Job Description
Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to coordinate health fairs, training sessions, employee relations, and compliance audits. The role involves supporting communication with both internal stakeholders and external parties, managing team member communications, and assisting with payroll, timekeeping, and investigations. Requirements
Coordinate health fairs, special events, and training sessions.
Develop, prepare, and deliver training materials.
Conduct compliance audits.
Maintain accurate manager email distribution lists.
Manage team member communications.
