Job Description
Miller International Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have HR experience and be passionate about creating a positive workplace experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university
1-3 years' experience in the HR field
Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master a Human Resources Information System
