We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to join our successful team in Philippi, West Virginia. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or 5+ years of related experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in business, IT, accounting or related discipline
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to demonstrate poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy and have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of coal mining operations or similar manufacturing experience preferred
