Job Description
Role Overview

Supervise and coordinate HR activities, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and labor relations. Reports to the Human Resources Manager. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with extended periods of standing and walking.

What You Will Do

Supervise day-to-day HR administration, maintain records, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and perform data entry and maintenance of HR reports.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High school diploma preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingual skills are highly desired
