Job Description
Join CoVantage as a Human Resources Talent Manager and lead the talent acquisition function, partnering with leaders to shape a positive employee experience and make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent experience
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
Strong working knowledge, and the ability to apply and interpret, state and federal laws and regulations as they pertain to the human resource function
A minimum of 5 years human resource experience
A minimum of 2 years leadership experience
Prior experience in recruiting, selecting, interviewing, pre-employment testing, on-boarding, and performance management
High level of hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and IBM Cognos Business Intelligence
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Proven ability to maintain confidential employee information
Must be bondable
