Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge, and the ability to apply and interpret, state and federal laws and regulations as they pertain to the human resource function
  • A minimum of 5 years human resource experience
  • A minimum of 2 years leadership experience
  • Prior experience in recruiting, selecting, interviewing, pre-employment testing, on-boarding, and performance management
  • High level of hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and IBM Cognos Business Intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential employee information
  • Must be bondable
