Job Description
The Data Manager plays a vital role in advancing Montana’s civil rights enforcement efforts by transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Process Human Rights Bureau records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with HRB processes, policies, and procedures
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Research, analyze, and answer technical and regulatory inquiries
  • Collaborate with bureau staff on multiple processes and procedural requirements
  • Analyze and forecast information by using past and current data
  • Verbally and visually communicate insights from requested data sets
