Job Description
The Human Services Assistant II position serves as the initial point of contact for clients seeking benefits and/or services, screening clients, and assisting with applications. The role involves working at the front desk, answering incoming calls, and providing information regarding various programs and benefits.
Requirements
High school diploma supplemented with post-secondary coursework in social work, human services, or related field
Relevant work experience in public administrative support work
Skill in operating automated office equipment and computer-driven software
Ability to communicate effectively, plan and prioritize work, and establish working relationships
