Job Description
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is hiring a Human Services Coordinator I (HSC I) in the Worcester Area Office. The role involves building partnerships with individuals, families, and service providers, and coordinating Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for DDS-eligible individuals. The position offers a mix of specialization in adult services, autism, and self-direction.
Requirements
At least three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time, professional experience in human services work or social work
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (can substitute for two years of experience)
Valid motor vehicle driver's license for travel (if required)
Ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
