Job Description
The role involves researching, analyzing, revising and implementing kinship and adoption policies, procedures, and programming for the Department of Children and Youth. The position performs work on-site daily at DCY’s office space in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kinship and adoption services policies and programs, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or graduate degree in social or behavioral science, health services public administration, public policy management, or comparable field
  • 3-5 years of experience in researching, developing, or implementing policies related to social services, health services, public policy, or comparable field
  • 1-2 years of experience in research methodology, measurement & testing, analysis of variance & survey sampling
