Job Description
The Human Services Developer position at the Department of Children and Youth is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and administrative rules for assigned human services program areas. The role involves research, analysis, training, and technical assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluation of County Department of Job and Family Services operations.

Requirements

  • Researches, analyzes, formulates, revises, and implements policies, procedures, and administrative rules
  • Develops and delivers training and technical assistance
  • Evaluates County Department of Job and Family Services operations for compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Conducts statistical analysis and prepares reports and research documents
