Role Overview

The Human Services Senior Supervisor will serve staff and management across the Agency, impacting workplace culture, community, and the population served. The role entails leading others to embody qualities of being humble, hungry, and smart, and demonstrating compassion for vulnerable and developmentally disabled individuals.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will manage and direct all operational aspects of the individual ward and/or facility during the entire respective shift, ensuring the health, safety, security, and well-being of residents and staff. They will also evaluate behaviors of individual residents, provide feedback to treatment teams, and train direct care staff in interpreting and clarifying behavioral programs.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in nursing, education, or a social, behavioral, or rehabilitative science, or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of supervisor experience
  • Compassion for vulnerable and developmentally disabled individuals
  • MANDT at the Advanced level
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
