Requirements

  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals
  • Be knowledgeable about merchandise
  • Follow instructions for specific requests from customers
  • Analyze reports and make decisions about purchasing and sales trends
  • Stock shelves and counters with merchandise
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and outside sales representatives
  • Train associates on merchandise use and knowledge
  • Prepare for and facilitate product knowledge and sales meetings
  • Attend weekly sales and product knowledge training meetings
