We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our Guest Service Team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a first-class experience, handling transactions, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Requirements

  • Have used a POS system before or be willing to learn
  • Be a people person, friendly, confident, and great face-to-face
  • Possess first-class guest service skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to handle sales transactions and upsell fun
  • Obtain Food Handlers Certification
  • Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
