Role OverviewAs an HV Transmission Team Lead at HDR, you will assist in the responsibility for operations of production section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support. You will work side-by-side with industry-recognized engineers and scientists to contribute to reliable, resilient, and sustainable power systems.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel, implementing and monitoring company policy, and performing other duties as needed.
