Role OverviewBausch + Lomb is seeking a motivated HVAC Associate II to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems that support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, troubleshoot and repair air handling units, and monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS).
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is required, and experience with pharmaceutical water purification systems is highly desirable. Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems are essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
- Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Experience reading mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or GED
