Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper-QuickBooks Specialist with HVAC industry experience to join our team in the Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our company.
What You Will Do
Manage daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online, process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintain accurate vendor and customer records.

Requirements
- HVAC industry experience
- QuickBooks Online experience
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with job costing in an HVAC or service environment
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
