Job Description
Parts Town is a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts. We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to develop and maintain relationships with customers, prioritize time and resources to execute sales initiatives, and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a genius-level knowledge of OEM parts, and a willingness to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and/or combination of at least 5 years of successful Business Development/Customer Service leadership experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build relationships and see each customer interaction as an opportunity to form a personal emotional connection
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for winning and making a big impact
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection as an exciting challenge
  • Reliable, high-speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mpbs)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and CRM programs (such as Salesforce) is a bonus
  • Average typing speed of at least 40 wpm
