Role OverviewJoin Our Team as an HVAC Facility Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping building systems running safely and efficiently, with a focus on HVAC systems. You will work independently to diagnose complex HVAC issues and optimize system performance.
What You Will Do
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air handling units, compressors, condensers, ventilation systems, and refrigeration components. Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC performance and system control issues.

Requirements
- HVAC certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or associate degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance or HVAC service
- Strong hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC safety standards, refrigerant handling, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and HVAC system diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills for working with team members, contractors, and management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities if required
