HVAC Install Assistant

What You Will Do

As an HVAC Install Assistant, you'll work directly with an experienced Install Lead to remove existing heating and cooling equipment and install new residential HVAC systems. You'll learn how to assist with the removal and installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.

Requirements

• Dependable and shows up ready to work and learn
• Enjoys working with their hands and learning how things work
• Can follow instructions and work effectively as part of a two-person or installation team
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in doing things correctly
• Is comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential environments
• Can safely work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Can regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally assist with heavier equipment
• Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Is comfortable using basic mobile technology and applications
• Is willing to obtain EPA Section 608 Certification within 3–6 months of employment
