Role OverviewJoin Mauzy and help power our retail growth. As an HVAC Install Field Supervisor, you will manage our retail lead generation program, recruit and onboard Retail Brand Ambassadors, and ensure retail locations are fully staffed during peak business hours. You will also conduct regular site visits, monitor lead generation performance, and coordinate promotional events and seasonal marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the retail lead generation program, recruiting and onboarding Retail Brand Ambassadors, ensuring retail locations are fully staffed, conducting regular site visits, monitoring lead generation performance, and coordinating promotional events and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- At least five (5) years of HVAC experience with installation, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repair service including air conditioning & heating systems.
- At least three years (3) HVAC Service Technician & or HVAC Installation experience with an ability to train others.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
- Physical Dexterity must occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds or more averaging 4 times a week.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
