Role OverviewThe Lead Installer is responsible for the proper installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, leading and training installation assistants, and ensuring every installation is executed properly to code and industry standards.
What You Will Do
Install HVAC systems, perform thorough start-up and testing, complete and sign safety and quality reports, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members.

Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as an HVAC Installer
- EPA Certification
- Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigerant handling, and code requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
