Role OverviewThis is a P&L-level leadership role where you'll run the residential HVAC Installation department end to end. You'll be measured on gross margin, quality control, and how well your people perform and grow under you.

Exceed budgeted monthly gross margin dollars in Residential HVAC Installation, exceed budgeted monthly quality control KPIs, and set clear expectations and accountability with your team to drive efficiency, eliminate go-backs, and protect work-life balance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager within a service industry operation, with a proven, consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives
- Experience analyzing cost and forecast data to align with business objectives, including job costing and operational profit and loss
- Working knowledge of laws governing business and employment in the local area
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS or map navigation
- Neat, clean, professional appearance with excellent interpersonal communication skills, a drive to exceed client expectations, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Insurable driving record and clear criminal background as required by state law for home service companies and by company insurance carriers
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
