Job Description
We are looking for motivated and passionate HVAC Installers to help us improve processes and procedures in a continuous improvement environment. We need individuals with deep install experience to help us fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience installing HVAC systems, (Heat Pump experience is a plus)
  • HVAC NATE certification preferred
  • Section 608 Certification preferred
  • BPI certification nice to have
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
