Lead Installer for HVAC to join a dynamic team, coordinating and overseeing installation activities, guiding a team of installers, and liaising with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Lead and supervise the HVAC installation team ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate daily installation schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve any installation challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate installation team members to promote professional development and high performance.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and company policies throughout installation processes.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including progress reports, installation records, and inventory management.
