Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
Requirements
Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings
Perform limited diagnostics
Maintain a clean work area and safeguard client floors
Effectively communicate with customers
Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems
Train apprentices on various aspects of the job
