The HVAC Maintenance Technician provides maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems while delivering high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.
  • Accurately document age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
  • Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Abide by One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
  • Respect customer’s property.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training classes.
  • Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
