Role OverviewThe HVAC Mechanic must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house. Ability to read blueprints and schematics are also required.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC/R systems, read blueprints and schematics, and perform electrical troubleshooting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have open availability, good communication skills, EPA Section 608 Universal certification, and experience with DDC and BAS Operations.
Requirements
- EPA Section 608 Universal certification
- 2 years building maintenance experience
- Hotel experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
- Basic boiler operation and chiller operating experience
- Knowledge of DDC and BAS Operations
