Role OverviewThe HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other building systems in the hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong trouble-shooting skills and a strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems.
What You Will Do
The HVAC Mechanic will perform tasks such as reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical equipment, and operating boilers and chillers. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to EPA regulations.

Requirements
- EPA Section 608 Universal certification
- 2 years building maintenance experience
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong trouble-shooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
