Role Overview

The HVAC Mechanic will work with various heating and air conditioning systems, diagnosing and repairing equipment in compliance with safety protocols and standards. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of low voltage and voltages up to 480V, as well as maintaining accurate daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

What You Will Do

The HVAC Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigerant equipment, and maintain a neat and clean working environment. The role also involves reading and interpreting schematics and prints, and having a basic understanding of water treatment systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Universal EPA Refrigeration license, and a valid driver's license. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changes in workflow. Prior experience with chillers is a plus.
