Role OverviewThe HVAC Mechanic will possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house. The role requires a minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC/R systems, reading blueprints and schematics, and operating DDC and BAS systems. Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends & holidays.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems is required. Must have EPA Section 608 Universal certification and experience with electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, and chiller operating.
Requirements
- EPA Section 608 Universal certification
- 2 years building maintenance experience
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
- Good communication skills
