Role OverviewThe HVAC Foreman will oversee the installation and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential homes. They will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to constant changes and prioritizing multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will install and repair HVAC systems, work independently, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will also provide excellent customer/client service and work well under pressure.

The right individual will be an experienced foreman with good judgment, able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions and adapt to constant changes. They should have a 'No Excuses, Make It Happen' attitude and be willing to work overtime.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC with residential housing for new construction
- Management experience
- Extensive knowledge of IECC energy codes and practices
- Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
- Must have hand tools and reliable transportation, clean background, and driver's license
