Role OverviewThe HVAC Operations Lead is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring that executive direction and operational strategy are executed accurately, consistently, and without deviation across all projects, proposals, preventive maintenance programs, and operational initiatives.
What You Will Do
Execute and reinforce executive and operational direction across all departments, translate leadership decisions into clear execution plans, coordinate project proposals, and ensure technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers understand project scope and expectations.
