Role OverviewThe HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager will be the driving force behind projects from start to finish, reviewing plans, bidding jobs, and managing awarded projects to successful completion. The role involves collaborating with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers while working closely with the Superintendent and project team.
What You Will Do
The Project Manager will manage projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals, set up and manage individual projects, collaborate with prime and subcontractors, and lead daily production efforts to maximize project revenue.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing mechanical HVAC and plumbing/piping projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex instructions, drawings, and contracts
- Proven communication skills—written, verbal, and in presentations—with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
- Ability to calculate figures, percentages, and apply basic algebra/geometry to real-world situations
- Proficient in project estimating software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
