HVAC/Plumbing Service Dispatcher to coordinate field service calls and support daily operations for HVAC and plumbing service teams. Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.

Requirements

  • Prior dispatch, customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret schedules and service needs
  • Comfortable using dispatch/service software and multi-line phone systems
  • Reliable transportation to the office location in Buda, TX
  • Professional, organized, and able to work in a team environment
