Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive maintenance on various buildings, systems, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of journeyman-level commercial or industrial HVAC work experience and be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with ability to work weekends and after-hours during emergency situations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent or vocational school
  • 3 years skilled or journeyman level experience which includes one (1) year experience in a skilled maintenance trade
  • Commercial/industrial experience
