Role OverviewThe HVAC Project Manager - Residential will be responsible for managing project specific plans, operations, changes, resource forecasting, risks, and customer relations. What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting with critical layouts, developing detailed layout drawings, attending job site meetings, managing project schedules, reviewing and processing project submittals, and preparing cost estimates. The role also involves monitoring project performance, working with field management and trade contractors, and performing routine inspections.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficient MS Suites (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
- Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings
