Role Overview

The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing project specific plans, operations, changes, resource forecasting, risks, and customer relations. This role will work with field management, trade contractors, and suppliers to manage schedules, project progress, material deliveries, and ensure timely completion of project objectives.

What You Will Do

Assist with critical layouts, develop detailed layout drawings, attend and participate in weekly job site meetings, manage project schedules, review and process project submittals, and prepare cost estimates for changes in work or scope.

This role requires 5+ years of project management experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Suites and project management software. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred)
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient MS Suites (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings
