Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced HVAC/R technicians to join our team. As a technician, you will perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair service issues, and provide an excellent customer experience. You will work on-call schedule and operate company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
- EPA Level 2 minimum
- Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
