HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic (Berks Heim Nursing & Rehabilitation)

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certification
• Completion of an accredited program in HVAC/Refrigeration
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Five years' experience in HVAC/Refrigeration (preferred)
• Considerable knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical systems and equipment
• Knowledge of the standard practices, tools, and terminology of the HVAC/R and plumbing trades
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, subordinates, and outside agencies
