As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation, and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.
What You Will Do
Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule, dispatch work orders to field technicians, receive and record completed work orders, contact customers to confirm next-day appointments, and handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
