Job Description
The HVAC Services Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily field operations for commercial HVAC service and installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Supervise and coordinate commercial HVAC service and installation technicians across multiple job sites.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, cooling towers, air handlers, and controls.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex commercial systems.
  • Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications to ensure proper execution.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and building owners to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; lead regular safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
  • Assist with manpower planning, job assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and project performance.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians; support workforce development initiatives.
  • Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service reports, inspections, and project updates.
