What You Will Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance and system inspections, and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to repair: Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Straight Cool Systems, Mini Split Systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- NATE Certification (Preferred but not required)
