Role OverviewPrimarily responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing a variety of residential and light commercial equipment including, air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, fan coils, rooftop units, economizers, evaporative coolers and humidifiers. What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial equipment, including air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, fan coils, rooftop units, economizers, evaporative coolers, and humidifiers. Check in with clients at the beginning and end of each task, obtain client signatures, and turn in checks or cash for processing.

Requirements
- EPA Certification
- Pass a drug test & background check
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to perform multiple technical tasks
- Local building codes and safety regulations knowledge
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions
- Minimum 3 years of experience
