HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician at Tolin Mechanical, you'll work on commercial systems, diagnose and solve mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with experienced techs. You'll be trained, supported, and trusted to do the job right, with a strong focus on teamwork and development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers
• Well-rounded background as a Journeyman or Apprentice
• Values and display exceptional customer service
• Strong organization skills
• Minimum 2 to 8 years' experience in commercial service work
• Over 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Started or Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
• Ability to gain Union Membership
