Requirements

  • Licensed with knowledge of local HVAC codes.
  • Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
  • Ability to draw diagrams, read blueprints, and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
  • Continued education/training to obtain NATE certification.
  • Clean, safe driving record.
  • Highly organized and follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire for improvement.
