Role OverviewThe HVAC Technician will support the Maintenance Manager in preventative, corrective, and general maintenance. The role involves daily assessments of systems, maintaining a clean working environment, and other duties as assigned.
What You Will Do
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, install lighting ballasts and bulbs, assist in repair and maintenance of refrigerants, heat exchangers, and other equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The role requires 2+ years of experience with commercial air conditioning, including knowledge of chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, and other equipment. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and able to follow safety practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Trade School Certification a plus
- Computer literate
- 2+ years in experience with commercial air conditioning
